What a whirlwind the last couple weeks have been. I can’t lie, I have been stressed to the max and I have felt a toll physically and emotionally. Sleepless nights, breakouts, a water damaged laptop, tears over the water damaged laptop, school, work, the list could go on and on. But now that I finally have some time I am so happy I get to sit down and reflect on everything.
In the midst of the craziness, some pretty amazing things have happened. My most exciting milestone as of current has been officially becoming a Victoria Secret Model. Still pinching myself that younger, small town me gets to be apart of opportunities like this. Feels unreal! The warm smiles and electric vibes on set made my first experience with the brand nothing short of amazing. They made me feel so welcome and as a curve model, that’s not something you can always count on.

Outside of modeling, I also have dedicated my before-school mornings to the prestigious title of New York nanny. I kid you not, I walked NYFW at 7pm on Thursday and was up at 6:30 am making pb an j’s on Friday. Out of respect for the family’s privacy I’m not going to share too much, but I can say with confidence this job definitely keeps me humble!
Finding the groove of this new year has been a learning curve that I’m still figuring out, but I think that’s the fun part…some days. Carrying your laundry 15 blocks in 85 degree heat is a little less fun, but ya know 🙂
