I’m always coming across things I love—whether it’s skincare, books, snacks, clothing, or something else entirely. So, I decided to start a monthly series to share five of my favorite finds from each month. Starting with January 2025…

I cannot say enough good things about these nails. First off, they are so easy to use. Each pack comes with a file, cuticle pusher, press pad, and glue to make self application easy. I usually can do a set of nails with in ten minutes and they end up lasting 2-3 weeks. They offer a variety of colors, lengths, shapes, and designs; there is truly something for everyone. I love this option as opposed to a gel manicure because it costs a fraction of the price and is way less of a commitment. Removal is just as easy, with a little warm water and nail polish remover you can take them off when and wherever.
2. Fresh: Rose Pore-Minimizing Hydration
This hydration mist is a life saver for keeping my skin clear and hydrated, especially during the winter months. My face dries out so quickly because of the drastic weather fluctuations and the harsh wind. I use this in the morning when I wake up and at night before I go to bed. Also, I always make sure to bring her along when traveling because of how dry the air gets on a plane.
After seeing rave reviews about this book I decided to read it for myself. While I am still in the middle, so far it has unfolded as a quirky and heartwarming story of two young kids navigating life, love, and the trials of living in New York City.
4. Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is not only versatile but its natural ingredients have so many benefits to its many different uses. From a moisturizer to a hair mask and cooking to smoothies, coconut oil can be used in many different ways and is a safe and financially friendly way to substitute unnecessary chemicals.
I find French hair pins as a chic alternative to the messy bun. They are quick and easy to use when you are on the go, but elevate your look to make it seem like you were much more methodical with your hairstyle. While they appear as a difficult skill to master, a quick how-to YouTube video will disprove that theory.
