Summer is when the strawberries are ripe—and in my family, that means it’s jam season. Every June, we make a batch of freezer jam, and it’s one of those little traditions I look forward to all year. It’s something I hope to carry with me into adulthood, and this time, I thought I’d share it with you too.

It might seem a little intimidating at first, but I promise the recipe is super simple and only calls for a few ingredients 🍓
