A Favorites Recap: The Cold Months

The cold months seem to be the busy months, and they sure got the best of me this year, for all good reasons, of course. Although it can be overwhelming at times, being busy is a privilege. After taking the time to celebrate the holidays, travel, and be with the ones I love most, I am back, baby! Because I wasn’t able to get a favorites post out for December, January, or February, I decided to pick just a few of my sincere highlights from the these past few months.

Spring is for renewal and rejunivation so we can start fresh in March with monthly favorites again. I am nothing if not transparent 😉

Until then, here are my cold month staples!

Polo ID Suede Mini Shoulder Bag: This was my 21st birthday present, and I was absolutely floored when I opened it. It sits perfectly on my shoulder and goes with literally anything. I can’t wait to wear more of her in the spring!

Bon Bon: This isn’t a new obsession; however, during the colder, darker months, a little Swedish candy goes a long way. It’s dangerous how close the UES location is to my apartment, but a little sugar never hurt anyone.

Bioxcin Hair Oil: I picked up this hair oil on my trip to Istanbul, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. This product makes my hair smell amazing and is definitely helping the growth process. I use a small amount after washing my hair, and now I can’t imagine my routine without it.

Jellycat Seal: My soft spot for stuffed animals stems from the early days at build-a-bear and I am still addicted. This little guy was a Christmas gift, and now he hangs out with me in NYC because I am definitely obsessed.

Biodance Face Masks: I am late to the trend with these masks, but I will not go back to anyother mask. My skin has never felt so glowy and fresh after using this product. I also LOVE that they come in two pieces and stay so well on your face.

Sauvignon Blanc: This is something I haven’t done yet, but I plan to soon. Since turning 21 I have really wanted to explore the wine aisle at Trader Joe’s, so, looking for this bottle on my next grocery run.

Jo Malone Handcream: Life is about the little luxuries, and this is one of mine. There is nothing more I love than a fresh-smelling hand cream, and this one, Peony and Blush Suede by Jo Malone, is smooth and fresh. Perfect to start the day!

Steve Madden Kitten Heels: After completing my first internship last semester, I learned the importance of a practical shoe. These little pumps are the perfect way to add a little elevation to your outfit without giving you shin splints on the way to the office.

These are just a few things that have been making my cold months a little bit warmer!
