St. Patricks day for me is all about the party, and what is a party without a signature cocktail to tag along? So in the spirit of the holiday, here is a fun, fresh, spring spritz you are guaranteed to love.

Lucky Girl Spritz

You will need
2 ounces vodka
1 ounce elderflower liqueur
3 ounces sparkling water
A squeeze of fresh lime
A few mint leaves
Ice

Fill a glass with ice, add vodka, elderflower liqueur, and top with sparkling water. Squeeze in fresh lime, add a few mint leaves, and enjoy! Quick and easy, but so so good.
