Recently, my skin has gone through a lot. Traveling so frequently, using different products on set, and just life’s stress can really affect our skin’s overall health… it definitely got to mine. I am usually very in tune with my skin and know how to treat it, but it was the first time that I really didn’t know what to do.

To combat the blemishes, rough skin, and discoloration, I did alottttt of research and ultimately went back to the basics. With these four simple, clean skincare products, I was able to bring back and maintain my skin’s healthy glow.
Links Below!
Ponds Dry Skin Cream Facial Moisturizer: This cream is perfect for year round hydration giving enough moisture for your skin in cold, dry weather while also not making you sweat easily and create acne build up in the summer.
Adapalene and Benzoyl Peroxide: This is a spot treatment I get from my dermatologist specifically to target my breakouts. This cream is magic! By applying a few dots to the breakouts on my face at night, by morning, they have seriously disappeared or significantly shrunk. This product is my holy grail.
La Roche Posay Cicaplast Balm: La Roche Posay is always a key player in my skincare, especially face wash. But this product specifically saved my skin during the harsh elements of an NYC winter. I was recommended this by multiple people, including makeup artists, and now I will never not use it. This leaves your skin with a protective layer of hydration that a regular moisturizer cant provide.
Aquaphor: This salve is a well-known family favorite, but I always have to include it. It really can save anything and is the best for healthy and hydrated lips. I am constantly reapplying throughout the day and have been using Aqaphor since my childhood.
